The Toshiba T4400SX notebook computer
delivers desktop power and brilliant graphics
capable displays, combined with light weight
and small size, like no other computer before it

The T4400SX has a powerful 25MHz i486SX
microprocessor. A large and very fast 80Mb
hard drive. And a choice of two large breathtak
ing displays — gas plasma or LCD. All ina
tremendously small and rugged design that
weighs little more than seven pounds and runs
on battery power for at least three hours

The T4400SX’s optional VGA gas plasma dis
play is an industry first, offering a 16-level grey

scale for users who require quicker screen
redraws for graphics-intensive applications. The
standard black and white LCD screen, often

preferred by business and professional users

offers 64 grey scales for those who demand.this
capability

Toshiba continues to incorporate an array of
unique productivity features into its newest
computers, and the T4400SX features a carbon
fibre reinforced plastic case, credit card-size
memory expansion, AutoResume (Toshiba's
electronic bookmark), and Toshiba's highly
regarded full-function, standard key-spaced
keyboard. A custom clip is also included to
accommodate a Microsoft Ball Point mouse

All industry-standard ports are built-in,
including a 150-pin expansion port to connect
to Toshiba’s recently announced Desk Station
IV expansion device. Toshiba has even built-in
a password protection system

The T4400SX will appeal to users who, quite
simply, require true 486 processing power. It
